As the title says I just finished up installing my new ESS G3 Blower with Upgraded G4 Intercooler. I also did a Boundary oil pump with Billet Gears and backing plate and crank sprocket. I did updated Boss 302 Timing chains and tensioners along with all new gaskets. The OPG and timing chains alone took me about 15 hours. The ESS kit is not hard to install. It took me about 4 hours or so. Wengerd did the tuning. I did have to go with GT500 injectors and a Boost a Pump. I did the complete install at home in my garage. The car fired right up and idled perfect. No leaks. For anyone on the fence about doing OPG yourself it's not that hard. Take your time...label everything including bolts. I separated everything with parts bags I could write on. Theres tons of great videos on YouTube that will walk you through how to set your timing and remove and install the chains. All the information you could need including Bolt torque specs. This is very important you don't want to break a bolt off in your heads or block. Now for the ESS Supercharged. Holy Shit the power is unreal. Only drove a few miles so far so still haven't experienced it yet. This is my first supercharged car. Big shout out to Vibrant finishing in West Chester PA for really killing it with the Powder coating
