well guys ive had my 15 for about a month now and love the car have been lurking here for a while im coming from a 2014 6cy so the difference for me in the gt is insane and theres not one thing i dislike besides the auto but the car had everything i wanted and i fell in love the moment i saw it also commute in heavy traffic every day so... but lately ive learned alot about xplan and honestly thought i had a crazy good deal but not sure anymore some help would be nice i mean if i had to do it again i would i love the car and could easily afford the payment im at but im a huge bargain shopper the type that gets a rush knowing i got the best deal lol so heres the break down

car is a 2015 5.0 auto with recaros and 3.55 gears also dealer installed ford racing axle backs and tint sticker was 38500 with dealer installed options and msrp was 36 something i traded in my old 2014 for what i owed and i know i got a decent trade in as i shopped around on that end i basically paid 36000 out the door with tax title and dealer fees did i get a good deal on this car or could i have gotten a better deal i wasent aware of xplan when i made the purchase

In short, yes you would have gotten a better deal using X-plan.

Bahahaha ouch

What matters OP is are you happy with what you paid? Is the car worth the payment every month? If so, you got a good deal

Every negotiation is different and you shouldn't spend too much time thinking about whether you could have gotten a better deal. Ultimately you can't change it now anyway. If you ended up with a payment you can't afford or a car you don't want, it was a bad deal. If you can live with the payment and are satisfied with the car, it was a good deal. Now go enjoy your Mustang.

just a big time bargain shopper and i also ask because i like to learn these type of things for next time the 2010 v6 i had i got below sticker and with 0% apr the 2014 v6 i got with about 8k in rebates so this is the first one i bought closer to sticker anyways i optioned out the car using the xplan stuff and it doesnt look to different from what i paid i had the extra dealer installed goodies which normally id had done after the fact but since i liked the car so much as it sat said forget it anyways i had a cap on what i wanted to pay and stayed about 50 bucks below that cap and with my credit was surprised i even got financing squared away
