The Roush RDT is available online to download for at home use, you can order a Passthru device online that will hook up to your laptop. It doesn't require a visit to the dealer to do this. Roush Part number is: RDT-J2534-AA to order it.I spoke with Roush. We are trying to determine which revision I have. There is not a Roush dealership within 2 hours that has the Roush datalogger tool.

How do I download a tune once I have this?
Thanks!
If you have the pass through device and download the Roush Diagnostic Tool you can data log your car and you could also upload the Roush tunes.I don't think you can actually download the CAL. Roush had told me to use it to log data they thought they needed. Once they put in the correct VIN he could see my current tune and told me, I don't need the tool, to make an appointment at a dealership of choice that has Roush technicians and they would send the codes to the technician for download of the CAL.

Interesting. I make look at that in the future. Have you loaded new CALs to your car using the RDT? They no longer need the logs from me, once they input the correct VIN, but I can see how it would be helpful to data log the problem I am having at the top of 3rd gear. Thanks.

When was your current cal loaded?I just got off the phone with them; they had my VIN incorrect. Once they figured it out, they say there is a new CAL for the car. Of course, all the Roush technicians are at least 2 hours from me. Oh well, I have to do what I have to do.
There was a new cal introduced around June last year and another last fall....around October or November, if I recall correctly. The last one corrected the 6-7 shift in the A10s but also had other refinements that applied to both automatics and manuals.February of last year.
