Jeff, I was really hoping to see your car released today. I had a few on my list that were released today. Hopefully Monday will be the day.

Now if the shippers would just do their job and get the cars that are waiting to be shipped, shipped there would be 13 very happy members cars on my list waiting for a ride to their dealers.

Mine shipped today. I called my dealer and the ETA is still not till first week in May. How does it take 3 weeks to get from Michigan to Delaware via truck?

I would be surprised if it is coming via truck. I would think rail, then truck. None the less, it "should" only take 5-8 days. Thats how mine came to Massachusetts.

Your dealer should know better, this can't be the first Mustang he has received from Ford. He is quoting the eta that he sees from Ford and it is no where near correct.

The thing that makes me think that it may have been shipped by rail is the shipping date is shown as 04/16/2021 and normally only the railroads post the date, the trucking companies aren't as upfront about dates.

I just checked a DE order I tracked last year and it's window sticker said Convoy, just like yours, but it was shipped by rail, Here is a breakdown.

"Shipped Rail" (07/24/2020)
"Arrived Rail" (07/28/2020)
"Received" (07/28/2020) In Transit
"Shipped Convoy" (08/07/2020)
"Delivered" (08/07/2020)

Normally it should not take 11 days to go from Received to Shipped Convoy, but that could have been explained by a driver shortage due to Covid shutdowns. I would guess that it will be delivered within a day or 2 of being received by the trucking company in DE.

Thanks Snoopy. You are correct about the dealer. He sent me a screen shot from his computer of what Ford is reporting. I’m trying to figure out roughly when it will show up so I can plan to be off work for a few days.

That's crazy! You would think that with mine coming to WV they would include the PA cars. Unless they are taking the Ohio Route down instead of PA route!

Youth think mine will show up tomorrow!? That's exciting! I hope they get it here in one day. Guess it depends on how many stops they have before mine! But now instead of sleeping with a smile on my face, I'm going to be up all night with a smile on my face! Lol!
