Yep, I felt like that is fair based on the current market conditions. Could keep waiting and praying for an MSRP deal but I’m tired of sitting on the sideline dammit - I’m jumping in and doing it! Couple pics the dealer sent me earlier.

Hey all, this is my first post and just wanted to say trying to find one of these for MSRP is like winning the lottery. I've been reaching out to dealers for the past several weeks and the best offer(s) I got so far were 5k over sticker price for the base models. Obviously the chip shortage has really mucked things up too and doesn't seem like its getting better any time soon. Hoping I get a desperate salesman calling me with it being Memorial Day weekend but if not, I'll most likely cave and hand over the ADM because I really do want to add one of these cars to the stable

5k is the lowest I was able to find when I bought mine. Hopefully, things get moving with the chip shortage, the used car market is forming a bubble and I hate to hear about people losing their jobs.

I disagree , who is to says it’s not worth it. Maybe it’s worth it to the person buying it. Also some people have more disposable income and honestly 4k proportionally may not be that much money. Say for instance your income was 700k a yr, you really gonna feel 4K .... nope.

Beautiful car you bought. 4K over is a great deal in the current market .

Have you used Vroom before? I just recently sold a car to Shift and had an excellent experience. I am now in the process of trying to sell 2 more cars to Vroom and its been crickets ever since I uploaded all the requested documents a few days ago. I've called and emailed and all I get is "we are still processing your paperwork." The only reason I went with them is because they offered far more (several thousand) compared to the other car buyers but if this is how the experience is out of the gate, I'm a little worried how it may go further into the process after I mail them the titles along with them picking up my cars...! Most reviews are good but there are a few horror stories out there as well.

I'm in the initial stages. We will see.

I hate this state more than most of us, not that where I come from has anything to do with it. Only one person on here being one, minus the m.

Before this turns into another ADM disaster, I say to anyone out looking for a car, make what decisions work best for you. Life is short, enjoy it the best way you see fit

So, my apologies for bringing it up again.

Jeff: No apology necessary, dude. You did your due diligence and as is quite often the case, it doesn't turn up what you hoped. Most regular visitors have been there at least once if not more. I stopped worrying about the sound but I would like to know what is making it, just because. :-)
