My key cap fell off a couple times. I don’t know why but it simply wouldn’t stay on.

I never plan to use a key on my car, so I just put a little bit of silicone on the backside of it and put it on.

If any of you ever have an issue it works, you can remove it. Just be a little residue of silicone under it.

It wasn’t broken, the tab on the piece and everything. Just wasn’t really latching closed

Sucks that your car was that way. Have the dealer make those things right for you. The key cap my just need to be taken off and aligned correctly....

I would say the dealership needs to provide the items that are suppose to be included with the car. Are there any clauses in your paperwork, if you don't like it or anything not as described, you have the right to refuse the car?

Unfortunately, when the same people put the same body on a $27k car as the $72k. The quality is probably gonna be the same.

Ford had conflicting info regarding the adjustable camber plates for the handling package cars. In the end, the plates were NOT included for the 2020 HP cars. This has been corrected for 2021 and the plates are now included. The owner’s kit will arrive at your residence 1-2 months after buying the car.

As for the quality control... work through this issues under warranty or chose to live with them. Sometimes taking it to the dealer to solve a “minor” issue creates more problems.

The camber plates are suppose to be installed at the plant for all the 2021 cars that require them. Base with handling package, CFHP & CFTP.

Early 2020 CFTP cars had them in the trunk. I believe it was job two cars that came with them actually installed. 2020 HP cars did not get them. 2021 HP, CFHP & CFTP cars should arrive with them installed.

Or choose to spend $ 100,000.00 on a vehicle that you know is built right and of high quality standards with pride, like a Lexus LC 500. No excuse for a $ 100,000.00 mustang to have poor paint and panel gaps. REALLY ?

Lol it’s only 300 horsepower less and a completely different type of car. Minor detail. Where are you going to find a car with 760 hp that starts at $80k?

True. But when you are paying $ 80,000.00 to $ 105,000.00 fully loaded, there should be no quality issues. Go watch videos of the toyota/lexus plant where the LC 500 is made.

only at exclusive Shelby dealerships. Most people who want 760HP spend about 50k and swallow the unsightly mess that the underlying $27,000 donor provides. 20-30grand more is supposed to yield demonstrable benefits.

The Japanese make a great car no doubt. I own one and love it. I’ve owned Fords my entire life so I guess I know what to expect.
