So I picked up a 2025 Explorer ST in black. They tried to get me to trade in my mustang but I just couldn’t, not now at least. We still have a lot of times and things to do 😂. Within a month or 2 I’m ordering my ESS Supercharger. While my mustang is just a GT it has only been the only thing that has kept my head above water during my health issues. Shit I remember taking autoimmune meds and the only places I could be is in my room or my car. Since I couldn’t be around people as I could get sick easily. Let me stop talk talking and show you a picture of my ride.

Those Explorer ST’s are awesome. I had a Ford loaner ST when they first came out. It was the totally loaded version, black just like yours. The thing pulled fiercely for what it has for the Powertrain and its weight - and it definitely surprises folks who think it is “just another Explorer”.

They’re really nice rides and fit all the needs if you’re in a region that will experience winter months with snow.

Good luck with your health and have fun with that ST. Hit up the Explorer forum, tons of great info and those can be modded just as easily as any Mustang.

Ford should offer the coyote in the explorer.

I doubt yall remember but my 2020 Mustag GT was bought back by ford. They once gave me a loaded Platinum and a loaded ST. With the platinum I enjoyed the car but the ST that's when I fell in love with it. My brother later on bought a 2022 which I enjoyed driving but I hated the screen and center console. When I was reasy to buy ford was deleting many things that I wanted it to have so I decided to wait for the 2025. I'm glad I did because I enjoy everything about this car. Bluecruise is an awesome feature. I'm subscibed to Fordexplorer.com and explorerst.org.

I haven’t paid attention to the model year changes - but with the 2025’s, do they still have that center stack iPad - or is the entire center stack revised too?

They done fix the issue but one thing I don’t like is that all of AC controls are on the screen

I have a client with a ST and it took me a moment to realize that Ford hid turndowns inside the exhaust tips....

Congrats on your new ride!

Yeah but I'm never satified with the stock exhaust. I will be doing a full exhaust replacement within the next couple of months.

"...And there is only one thing we say to death: Not today.”

You have said it to death, and to trading in your Mustang.
Well done, sir. 👍

When I said not now. It means I’m never trading it. This car has been one of the reasons why I’m still sane and the happiness it gives me. While at the beginning of my health issues I thought of trading it and I’m glad I didn’t.
