Can someone tell what this came off of i back my car out of the driveway and there it was i installed the Ford performance calibration pack but don't remember seeing this..

looks like some kinda of body plug. if you washed your car there then open the doors and trunk and maybe it popped out... just a guess.

also under the hood where you worked.

I do not know, but...EPDM is a type of synthetic rubber.

The bit appears to be something you'd slip a cable through, and protect a socketed connector, the connector residing within the rubber housing. The flat rubber flange would butt up against a flat item, to help maintain a seal.

If the rubber piece was inside a housing and you pushed it through an opening, the flange would keep it from falling out. Then, you could feed a cable through it.

Something along these lines...

I just happened to have my hood open checking oil level (I do it after every gas fill up, old habit) and I didn’t see anything like that under there. At least not clearly visible. Maybe the parts department at your local dealer can identify it? My thought immediately went to the door drains that WD pointed out
