The 18x10 +42 should work (It may be tight but it should work). You can actually measure this out if you would be interested. If you factor in the offset and the new width, the outside lip of your new wheel will be 27mm(~1") farther out than the lip of the stock wheel. The 305 is 70mm(2.75") and 3/4" taller on each sidewall, so if you measured from the edge of your stock 235/50R18 straight up 3/4" and out 2 3/8" this is roughly where the edge of your new tire would sit. (This is half of the difference in the new tire width and full height and the movement in the wheel)

The 305/45R18 is a 28.8" tall tire, our data shows a 29" is about as tall as you can safely run on a stock application, so if you are wanting to lay the car down it might actually touch the top of the tire, this size is 1.5" taller than the stock tire was, assuming 235/50R18 was your stock tire.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, the tough part is airbag suspension typically changes the geometry of the control arms so these measurements may be off depending on the suspension components. Hopefully this helps though
