Need help with Error Codes C14000 and C41500

Hi guys,

I have a Paxton supercharged 2016 Mustang GT. About a month ago, I was just driving into work and my check engine light lit up and the car went into safe mode. After restarting the car, the light went away and drove just fine. There were no DTC codes to pull when I scanned my ECU.

Doing some research, I discovered the Engineering Test Mode. When I referenced that, I found 2 codes - C14000 and C41500. I took my car into the dealership to have them look at it. They said it was the throttle body and replaced it. That was not the fix...Took it back but was told that they could not scan the car because of my tune.

Now this is happening daily. The forum only has ONE post regarding these codes and it was left unresolved.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to what these C codes mean: C14000 and C41500 as I am at a total loss?

Just a follow-up to this... for what its worth. I ended up changing out the RF ABS sensor, re-torquing my front wheel spacers, filled my coolant up as I had just had my Evap core replaced and it appears it was about a gallon short :( and reprogrammed my TPMS sensors. I still see the codes in EMT but the car hasnt gone into safe mode since. Prior to this, it was doing it daily.

I had the second one (C41500) pop up in a very similar to yours. I ended up using Forscan to identify it but I do not recall it. I check if I recorded it somewhere. I never made any repairs except that I checked my battery one day. Positive terminal was covered in corrosion but still salvageable. I cleaned it up and replaced the battery about 1.5 years ago. I reset the code with Forscan and it never came back after the battery replacement.

Hate to bump this, but did anyone get the result for this? I’m getting a wrench light at WOT. I’m not under warranty, tuned and fbo on e85.
