Good morning everyone. I have a sound coming from the left/drivers side of my 2015 Ecoboost. I changed the brakes and rotors out 2 weeks ago. When I am driving there is a sound that I can hear. It doesn't happen while sitting still, only when moving. It sounds like: a playing card that has been attached to an old bicycle fork that hits the spokes on the tire... the faster I go, the louder/higher pitch it gets. I thought it was a screwed up lug nut, but I replaced all of them and the sound is still there. DRIVING me crazy. Any suggestions would be greatly helpful! Thank for your time.

Some have reported a sticker on the drive shaft coming loose and making a flapping sound just like a playing card in a spoke of a bicycle. The faster you go the faster the sounds happens. Just a thought.

Other than that, check the caliper bolts and pads.

Double-check that you placed your brake lines back into their keepers. It's possible these are flapping about in the wheel well.

Other than that, did you bed your brakes? You may just have excess material on one of your pads/rotors that is causing the issue. A good bedding might eliminate the sound.
