I'm at the end of everything I know to look for, maybe someone else can help.
I was having issues with the parking brake not holding, ended up replacing pads and rotors all around. I put it all together, bedded the pads properly adjusted the parking brake cables, and the parking brake still doesn't hold the car. The handle had tension on it, and will go up about halfway, but the car still rolls. The cables are free moving so replacement is unlikely to be the solution, but I suppose I'll look at ordering new cables next.
Are there any other adjustments at the caliper? What else should I check? This is my fiance's car, but I don't think it's safe to drive until I figure out the problem.
