Need differential cover install info

I bought a used 3.55 Torsen pumpkin and the cover/housing or whateveryoucallit is not attached. I have three questions:

1) What sealant do I use (I assume RTV?)
2) The ten bolts have some sort of star head not a hex head. What socket type/size fits those things?
3) What is the torque spec for those bolts?
