Need a new diff?

Hey,

Car is a 2018 gt with 42k cai and 93 tune, lowered on springs. Past few weeks when I'm backing into my garage I've been hearing a crunching/grinding noise when shift from drive to reverse. It doesn't make the noise when I first start it up and it doesn't make the noise when I go from drive to park or neutral or when I go from reverse to park or neutral. Posted this video on Facebook and someone said a new diff but would like to hear a few other opinions before I call ford.

Also in the video below, I shift back and forth between reverse and drive, video is pointed towards the rear drivers side.

Thoughts?

And play around with it. I thought my transmission was dying for a bit and it was actually an axle.
