Nav SD Card Failure

Anybody having issues with the SD card for the Navigation failing intermittently? About once every 3-5 starts, it states the SD card format cannot be read.

Heading in soon to get it replaced, just making sure there isn't an easy fix.

Not once but I suggest to take it to the dealer and have them give you a replacement.

I've had my car since October. No nav card SD failures. It just sounds like a bad card.

I have had a "Navigation SD Card Fault" a few times. Reinserting the card has not solved it. Dealer asked me to bring it in when it the fault is showing.

Hopefully Ford will determine the cause and issue a fix for this too.

Dealer said they would replace my SD card without question. I'd be interested if this will fix it ultimately or if it's a My S-t-ync issue.

It happened to me once, turns out I was running something in the USB slot that was reading as a drive and it was causing problems. Disconnected it and the issue never returned.

I will investigate this as I do keep my phone plugged in a lot... iPhone 6 Plus
