Have you considered painting the side skirts and chin spoiler? Could go with a similar semigloss black to match the roof.

I keep thinking about this idea, but I don't know if it would be worth the work. (Or if it would show wear worse than the primed/textured oem plastic)

I think it would be a really nice touch. I kind of hate the dull grey-ish black of the stock pieces on mine.

Yeah, I'm with you on the worth the work thing. I think if I did anything with these I'd look at carbon fiber replacements.
