Help! you NA 10r80 cars with a stall converter I need some help. I installed one in my car and have been fighting the car, I believe from the tuning side for going on 3 months. The car went from bogging at high RPM, to not shifting out of 3rd under WOT, to bogging again at high rpm.
when I pull data and look at logs Thai is what I see from the latest revision:
Car leaves at 3900RPM, 1/2 shift 1 second in with Zero RPM drop, then from there on out in the run when the car reaches 7300 RPM there is a TQ Controll spike and OOS and RPM drop and the car dies in every gear from 2nd until the end of the run. TQ Controll is activating as a source of 26 and under the livelink source values tab, source 26 is Trans TQ Limit.
I’m not here to bash my tuner, I’m not saying who, big or small, my tuner is. I’m just looking for guidance that it’s my tune, or trans that is not right here.
Any advice, suggestions on anything would be great.
