So how would you guys feel about a plastic toggle? Satin finish silver like the start button? I am going to try for aluminum but from what I am seeing so far it would be at a massive cost over a full plastic toggle.
I would be completely fine with a plastic toggle. Even with a polished finish like the Premium models have is perfect.

Are these going to be machined or are you opening a mold?

That sounds like a good plan to me. Plastic works but I'm sure we wouldn't mind paying more to get aluminum instead

I would personally like plastic, given that I live in Texas and those switches will burn my hands haha. I think 110-130 would be a good price

I'd rather aluminum as well, and would be willing for 2-225. 130-150 for plastic.

Hearing you all loud and clear! I am thinking to start off with I will focus my efforts on the all plastic toggle. A satin finish is going to be much easier to achieve (cost less) with the casting process I am thinking about going with.

That might not be out of the realm of possibility! Let me finalize/test the design in the real world on my car first though!

Anyone have any experience with this company??? Looks like this might be a realistic way to have the first sets manufactured. They also offer a "metallic plastic" which is a nylon plastic with alumide dust mixed in to provide a metallic look. Images below.

More concerned with the feel than looks. May be the best option. Best of both worlds.
