I was happy because I thought the tune work. I realized many people get the same time and number on stock. Like I said, I was hype by the word "tune" and not pay attention to how my ride is actually running. The boost leak they said was not base on fact. It was a guess. Unleashed gave me a proper term for the problem and so I can narrow down where to look not just "there maybe a leak somewhere." I called in explained my situations and I got no call back. What is the point of a call back system and not using it? emails take a day or 2 to answer.Looks like you left out a lot of important details in your original post.
1. You were happy with your original tune.
2. You changed parts.
3. You got a boost leak. Bama noted to you that you have a boost leak like you said in the first post.
4. They were trying to work with you and remotely diagnosis your issue which is difficult.
I think they handled the situation the best they could. Ultimately it wasn't a tuning issue, it was a hardware issue on your end which they had nothing to do with. You didn't want to think the problem was a boost leak and were just blaming them that their tune was bad. Unleashed told you the same thing and then you took their advice. I think this is a very unfair post to discredit the tuning abilities of bama once all the facts of both sides are aired out.
