Hello I have a us model mustang that has rear tail lights converted to european lights standards, I want to make them sequential turning as they were original, they added an electronic board inside the tailights but there is no problem because I got 2 new tailights from a used mustang, the problem is, they run new cables from the passenger connectors but I don't know what they exactly do and I couldn't find any scheme that helps me to figure it out, I will allow some pictures. The cables Purple-Black and Red-Black come from the dashboard, and couldn't find the Yellow-Blue and Blue-Brown cables that they cut where they come from. I tried to reconnect the original 3 cables that they cut in the back bonnet and the new original tail lights that I got turn on but turn signals don't work so I'm sure I have to reconnect also the front calbes to make this work. Hope somebody can help me thanks!

My GT350 has converted tail lights to include sequential yellow indicators + rear fog lights.

Afaik you can't just connect oem ones. Not only are the tail lights modfied there is also some relay wizardry going on in the wiring loom itself

My setup got modified by Peicher Automotive in Graz. You could ask them how they done it or send them the lights. Isn't that far away from Italy.

UPDATE: I figured out Purple-Black and Red-black wires go to the fog lights button at driver side and also found a connector disconnected could it be what I’m looking for? Do you guys know what is this connector for?

The turn signal sound is a physical clicking noise from the relay when it is switching on and off to send power to the lights. You won't be able to get a shorter click sound back now because the relay will be on for a longer amount of time to send power to the lights for the full sequential signaling.

It doesn't work that way in modern cars. The click sound is artificially generated through the body ecu. The rate or amount of flashes is also controlled by the same module.
