Mustang Migration to Oz

My Gt was built 31/05 ( one of the last Competition Orange cars ) and Cotus shows it "in transit".
How do I know when it reaches Baltimore and then when it is loaded onto a boat?

WOW the latest boat has a big shipment with 484 cars! Do these boats stop anywhere else to drop cars off or is this just for Australia?

The ones Davo counts are all Australian but the ship goes to Japan (after other stops) so maybe some others go there, not sure what the take up has been in Japan.

We all seem to be going through the same process. You might get a email from Ford but it seems to be 4 weeks after build you get on a ship. Mine is 17/05 build just missed the Fedora (unless some miracle happens). So I should make the next ship. When you use track and trace (see page 15) for the link

I doubt the Stang would fit in some roads....in Japan

Hey Tango, don't worry. I believe prices of the stangs are dropping here. You may get lucky and are able to buy one earlier.

I saw a GT for sale for 70k the other day on carsales. That's only 5 k more than retail.

I'd bet you would go on the Fidelio. The only thing that would effect it would be the large numbers of MY16's being built at the end of the year cycle, perhaps that may push it onto the next ship.

Mine was built on the 25/5 so I think we should be on the same boat.

The numbers on the next ship may give us a clue - it would be nice to see another 500 ish

I'm not. Although it's such a long wait I almost feel like I've mentally owned it for a year already and looking at the next car....which is odd. If I didn't get it I would buy a low Klm VF GTS.
