Hey guys
I’ve had an intermittent problem with my 2020 Bullitt for a while now. Sometimes runs ok but feels a little underpowered and kinda stumbles a little. Other times it’s amazingly quick.
I’ve checked everything and I’m now starting to question the fuel pump…

what’s a decent fuel pump at idle?.

mine reads
FP - 20.45%
FP Monitor - 40.99%

when it’s running and idling strong it reads :

FP - 24.89%
FP Monitor - 41.35%

any help would be great.

thanks

Are you on a 93 pump gas tune or E85? Either way, a pump replacement is cheap enough to do at just a couple hundred bucks. There are plenty of members here, who can even guide you through the work, if you decide to do it.

How many miles on the car? I only ask, because as stated above, fuel pump is fairly inexpensive, and honestly the easiest fuel pump i have ever changed lifetime. (I’ve done some nightmare pumps too) Just make sure you are well below 1/4 tank. With the lockring tool it’s literally a less than half hour job 👍🏻
