2005-2009 Ford Mustang GT
looks like Tungsten Gray Metallic. If it is, in fact, Tungsten Gray, it would be either a 2006 or 2007 model year.

2005 to 2009 V6 model it looks like. Somebody with more experience should be able to narrow it down further from the wheels.

Edit: wheels might be aftermarket.

thanks guys. a friend of mine in Law Enforcement is trying to work a case and contacted me cause he knew I was into mustangs. he need help with further information to ID the type make and year. this helped a lot thank you
