Just want to say I just completed this swap on my 16 gt PP. Used all the part nums op listed, I changed my engine and battery harnesses so i dont have extra wires hanging. I swapped the flange on my 3.31 rear to an auto flange and used a carbon dss 6r80 driveshaft. I programmed it myself using using an ids for the pcm, used forscan to do the bcm and the abs modules. I was able to keep my manual vin on the pcm. For Pats you do not need to reprogram the keys all you need to do is a parameter reset and you are good to go, you do need a dealer login though. I also built the 6r80 myself, exedy stage 2 clutches billet intermediate, one way and planetary. Ive put about 50 miles on it so far and everything's great. If anybody has any questions let me know.

Hoping someone can clarify this for me... No one has swapped their dash harness correct? Does that mean the manual dash harness has the connector for the auto shifter for shift interlock and lighting?
