Mt82 and rear differential fluid change

Does anyone know exactly how much fluid to put in both the manual trannny and rear end? Should I fill up until it reaches the fill hole?

One of those two is filled to a few (7?) mm below the full line.

Buy from OPMustang.com, get instructions and tool to measure diff fluid height. Done.

Tranny is until it just comes out of the fill hole. Differential is not... fill is less than that.

1.6 quarts for differential.
2.7 quarts for MT82
