I hope I can get it done with plenty of time to really give it a good spin afterwards. Weather is supposed turn sour on Sunday. BMR spherical vert links are also going in. How was your X spec install?

It was really easy lol. Only because I already have my exhaust and driveshaft out (upgrading to carbon fiber shaft). Followed the video and found out I can skip a lot of steps because the shaft was already out. Also, mines came pretty well assembled and there was no need to transfer anything from the stock shift (I think the video install said to get some plastic and rubber piece out, but didn't need to for the newer x-specs). The hardest part was sliding the rubber boot from the top of the console in. I am still a little concern by the fact that it is sitting very close to the upper right corner (towards the glove box) from a bird's eye view of the shifter.

Let me know if you have the same issue or if its just me. I know others said it was a known thing and it is normal. I will see if I can get a picture of it with the boot off for clarity.
