So possibly a dumb question but are the factory motor mounts (2018+ GT) liquid filled? If they are, what would a good mount be for a full on track car? I don't care about nah and all - just don't want something so stiff it cracks the mount/block/etc. Had another car with really hard urethan mounts (90 durometer) and it caused all kinds of issues and broken things with harmonics at the upper rpms it ran at (8000 shift point). Thanks!

Yes, they are liquid filled. I installed the Steeda motor mounts in my 2019 over 3 years ago and I don’t have any complaints. I also configured them for the optional drag race setting.

My BMR adjustable motor mounts replaced the factory Mach 1 mounts. Now, sitting at a traffic light, the steering wheel and seat vibrates. I don't like it.

I have the BMR motor brackets with the steeda mounts. I love the set up. More room for the headers and no slop.
