Morning Brakes start up

so i noticed that whenever i go to start my car the brake is hard to push down is this normal or not it’s a 2020 mustang gt base automatic with 26k miles if not what should i do

Not normal. If it's still in warranty take it to a dealer. Best case is a vacuum leak, worst is a bad booster.

it’s only starting up after i drive it’s normal

The booster should hold vacuum for several days to weeks. If the brake pedal is hard when you try to start the car in the AM, something is wrong.

If the brake pedal is hard when you first push on it in the morning, you have a leak. I'd check the check valve first.

I have a base GT same as yours and after 5 days of sitting, the brake pedal is hard to depress because the vacuum is gone. That's normal. Now, if you told me yours is a DD and every morning it's hard to depress, then the vacuum check valve is probably leaking and if it's not replaceable, you'd have to replace the entire booster assembly. Depending when you bought it, you could still be under the 3yr/30K miles base warranty so if you're having the problem every morning, take it in for warranty. I don't have a problem with mine if I start it every 3 days, but at 5 days the vacuum assist is gone so it's hard to depress the brake pedal but it's enough to trip the brake switch so you can start the engine.
