Molded Splash Guards?

It says 4 piece does that mean all four splash guards are $49.95?? Ones from Ford for other cars are like over $100 for a set.. Can someone clear this up for me because I want to order them :ford:

I needed something/anything to help prevent rock chips! I am going to mount these until true molded guards become available.

Because I don't care for them and can't imagine anyone will buy used mudflaps. I'll be replacing them with something molded/paintable (assuming they are forthcoming).
