From the moment we received it, to driving the car, I cannot stress how impressed I am with this part and their customer service.

I don't have pictures, I apologize, but I wanted to give my feedback on this part.

For those who are shopping shifters, this one is going to be hard to beat. Props to MGW for making such an incredible piece.

We are more than happy with our choice to use the MGW on our PP Car.

I just had my MGW shifter installed two days ago. X10 on everything you said. Transformed the car. No added NVH imo.

How bad is the NVH being that it's solid mounted?
Honestly, I did not really notice much NVH increase.

But, I am a gearhead. :headbang:

To get the most out of these cars, you NEED a good shifter.

We have had our car on track several times, and locating gears was much more difficult pre MGW install.

I agree with everyone here. The MGW shifter is a terrific upgrade for our cars. The OEM shifter is junk in comparison.

Only NVH increase is in vibration through the stick. It's not a bad thing. Every car should have a MGW shifter.

It sounds like you had this installed by someone? If yes, can you share what the installation price was?

Anyone do this job themselves on jack stands??

If so, how bad is it, and how long did it take?

Did you have to drop exhaust?
THANX!!

I did. It is not difficult at all. About 1.5 hours leisurely. I changed my exhaust at the same time and that makes lowering the transmission to gain access to the top bolt simple.
