Were you running this h-pipe with the stock mufflers? Any drone/resonance with the h-pipe?
Would you consider that setup louder or quieter than the Steeda axle-back system (with stock resonator)?

I'll have to check to see how much farther back the diff-area hangers will allow with my current configuration.
:thumbsup: I'd actually considered cutting an additional inch from the factory pipes in order to move the tips a little farther under the rear valence, but then if I ever wanted to...
I installed my Steeda axle-back per the instructions and I was pleased with the tip placement. If I wanted to move the tips inward more there's plenty of adjustment to do so. Cutting an additional inch from the factory pipes would allow even more inward adjustment.
I have the Steeda axle-backs and they have a deep tone and sound great, but not what I would consider quiet. They're loud on cold start-ups, but only for a few seconds. I'm an old fart (get off my lawn!:rant:) and I'll probably end up going with something quieter and sell these to some young...
