You can take any image and adjust the pixels to 800X384 in MS Paint. That's what I do any way. Depending on the the dimensions of the original image you may need to crop it first so it doesn't distort the picture.

Download issues

I have 2 JPEG pics I downloaded on my Mac computer and transferred to a usb. It tried to download into my touch and wont let them saying wrong format. I'm kinda computer stupid so any help would be appreciated.
