Maybe they did get rid of Microsoft I really don't know. But it sucks for the 16 owners they can't change wallpaper.

Pretty sure they went to QNX. Just a tad more advanced than Windows CE. Lol

Ford needs to speed up adding this feature to the sync 3.

Sync 3 follows the NHTSA guidelines, I doubt we will ever see a wallpaper option again.
