Metallic rattling sound coming from engine bay

Anybody know what this sound is?

Coming from this spot. Thought it was hpfp but doesn't seem to be.

Did you check the A/C line that runs along the passenger side inner fender? It’s been known that the line vibrates against the strut tower area.

Did you check the A/C line that runs along the passenger side inner fender? It’s been known that the line vibrates against the strut tower area.
no I didn't just cause the noise is coming directly from engine and not fender. ill check again in morning. i said on other thread im gonna swap out old hpfp and see if noise goes away

my engine was making the same noise ,i had read on here that disconnecting the oil pressure regulator helps , it worked for me

Did you disconnect it then reconnect it?

I just changed HPFP and that's when noise started. I'll swap old one back in to see if noise is still present today.

That's probably why, is the noise all the time?
Yeah don't do that, sure it may work but now you have no bypass if oil pressure is too high

Yeah noise is all the time. I'm gonna do one thing at a time. I'll put old hpfp in try that then try another if need be. Then go from there. Thanks.
