My 2018 premium had it, and my 22 premium has it but in both cases it's only on the driver's side.

My 2018 premium had it, and my 22 premium has it but in both cases it's only on the driver's side.

My 21 Premium GT lumbar memory does not work…The memory feature works but not lumbar and needs to be adjusted separately.

No dog in this hunt.
But wouldn't it be easiest to just sit in the car and set memory #1 with the lumbar up and set #2 with it down and see if it changes when switch between the two.
That should give you a pretty definitive answer...

Memory is for seat placement . Lumbar you manually set.
Car moves seat back when you open door,shut off to make it easier to get out.
Mine is a 2020 and lumbar doesn't changer if I hit #1,2,or 3

Unless he has done that, has found that the lumbar doesn't change, and wants to know if it's normal or broken.
