There's an article in modern motor comparing a heap of cars, included the xr falcon and mustang and others as well as the hold on dunnydore. I wish guessing the xlotto numbers were as easy as guessing which car they preferred. ......drum roll. ....dunnydore. ..yeah right :headbonk::headbonk::lol:

Holden Mustang?
I think the auto journalists in Oz are just Holden onto their dearest now that there won't be an Aussie product in the lineup.

Holden Mustang?
HAHAHAHAAHAHA Holden wishes it had one of the best looking and wanted cars on the road. I could see them putting chev badges on it and saying "No it 's a completely different car, not a Mustang":lol:

Motormag's review of Mustang Ecoboost felt like a let down...no real test detail, just shallow notes about sounds and v4. Worst, they said go buy Focus RS :tsk:

At least their review of Mustang GT seems slightly better...haven't read it completely though. If they recommend buying a Holden cause its the biggest v8, I am going to burn this mag :D

Made it into the top 6 best looking cars , I still think the F-type is one of the most beautiful cars ever created
yeah the F type is really nice, especially in the flesh. The crazy rear somehow works.

I don't share the same feelings about the rear of the new MX-5, but it's nice from the front. I've always felt that the rear of the MX-5 and the F type share the same idea with the lights, but the Jag nailed it whilst the MX-5 made it fussy weird. I think they could have offset the lights more horizontally.

The Tesla is plain and boring.

I have to disagree on the new MX5, it a deformed rabbit.

the Volvo XC90 is an interesting inclusion - it's got a fair slab of Jaguar F Pace about it... and I think the F Pace could be the best looking SUV on the market at the moment. Top Gear showed it side-by-side against the Porsche Macan and some Merc, and the F Pace shamed both IMHO.

Used to think I wanted a Cayenne/Macan for family duties, now not so sure :)

Mustang vs F Type:

It's interesting that a few places are comparing.

I think the GT is a good contender against the base F Type, and the GT350/GT350R against the FTypeR seems pretty reasonable....

Yeah, I'm glad the CX16 concept wasn't watered down too much. There's one that drives around double bay and the exhaust crackles and pops like nothing I've ever heard, sounds good under load too

I hate the front of the Tesla, but I like the shape

I'm with you on the F-Pace, Jag are nailing the looks atm, even the XE is pretty. In my opinion the Volvo is uglier than before, in similar fashion as the new(ish) body Q7 - bricks on wheels with no curves
