Have the Race in black. Love it! Drone is minimal. Street sounded too raspy for my tastes. Paid $544 shipped for the black Race.

Ok, thank you all for all the info. I am pretty sure I am going to go with the street version. My next question is color, for those of you with black, does it kind of just blend in and largely go unseen vs the silver? Anyone who has a picture of the either and would be kind enough to post it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not the best pic of the exhaust since it was getting a dark but in general it just blends in. The tips are huge though so just their sheer size draws attention.

some things in black just look cheaper. I hate hate hate seeing shiny shit anywhere on cars. any chrome on any car i ever has is always blacked out.

HOWEVER....exhaust is the ONLY place it belongs for me. having seen a few black exhausts in person now.....they just look really cheap

I have the race in black and it just blends in. I Love the way it dissapears. Up close the tips fill the holes up great.

To me exhausts are the opposite of children. They should be heard and not seen.

Just got the race installed today wouldn't want anything quiter. Sounds perfect in my opinion.

So why not get an axle back instead?

Good question. An axleback with resonator delete IS a catback. You can do it in steps if you are worried about too much volume.

Level 1: Stock

Level 2: Resonator delete (X- or H-pipe) with stock mufflers.

Level 3: Axleback with stock resonator

Level 4: Catback or Axleback with Resonator delete

Level 5: Level 4 with cat-delete headers

Can someone explain the difference between the alumunized and stainless steel exhausts? will the alumunized rust faster?

Why is mbrp so cheap! Any downsides?

aluminized is bad if you live anywhere it snows, ever. and i think mbrp only uses 409 stainless on their catback, so that will rust faster than most companies 309 or whatever the numbers are.
