This thing is a YUGE pita. Pricy, and a real bitch to install. Even with trim tools and pullers, at least 1 area above the windshield or A-pillars will never go back together the same. It's all the cheapest plastic and many of the pieces are clipped to each other and not even to the window frame, and using clips that are either way too strong to not bend the plastic or way too weak and won't seat properly during reinstallation.

Ford will not sell just the housing. You must also purchase the header, wiring harness, etc. More than $1000.00. Found one online from England of all places. $200 shipped. Gotta love the internet.

Between 2019 and 2020 Ford changed the way these clip up. When I got my 2020 and went to replace the bulbs with LEDs, all the internet and YouTube said "this is how you do it".

Well guess what that doesn't apply when the design changed, and I ended up with a mangled cover and bent up bracket it attaches to.

A kind user here pointed me to a replacement piece for sale on eBay for both pieces and I bought and replaced them.

Long story short, it's probably the internets fault.
