GTs don't have ANC, and if they did it can be disabled through software or clipping wires at the amp so....you really hate your Bluetooth?

Do they have the fake engine noise pumping through the sound system, or is that just the ecoboost?

Fake engine noise and ANC are both Ecoboost only. Your mic is for your Bluetooth phone connection if you use it.

Right? I pryed on that thing and even pushed a screw driver in an attempt to depress the clip, and i still couldn't get it to release.

I can't speak with certainty about the convertible, but in the coupe it is very touchy. The clips are nearly stronger than the bracket so any wrong move threatens to break it. I pulled the housing away just enough to get a panel tool in there and pry the clips down forcing between the flat seating portion of the clip and the bracket itself so as not to introduce any twisting friction or bending. Even then I remember thinking to myself I wouldn't want to do that multiple times.

I will comment specifically on the "overhead console", which is the name of the part that contains the map lights, mics, and probably some safety sensors. This info is at least accurate for 2020 convertibles:

DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE OR MODIFY THIS PART unless you are willing to drop $400 to replace it and potentially have additional damaged trim pieces. It is a PITA and is easily damaged beyond repair.

Any documentation or instructions that say you can just use some force to pop the OHC down, "it feels like you're going to break it, but you won't"- on a 2020, YOU PROBABLY WILL. The overhead console has like 8 different part numbers based on body style, trim/features, and year, and none of the instructions or install documentation I came across was accurate for my 2020 convertible GT.

If you break it, it's also a real bitch to replace, since both sun visors and 4 trim pieces need to be removed/loosened. And as is typical with Ford trim pieces, they will likely never fit back together as well after popping them apart. And they are of such shitty quality that even with proper trim removal tools you will likely damage them cosmetically. In the convertible, almost everything above the windshield is plastic and uses metal clip fasteners that are themselves attached to plastic studs. It's inevitable that at least a few of these will deform, break, or simply never fit properly after first removal, even if just slightly.
