I'm getting a little tired of waiting on 4DTech to get the 19205 package up on their site. I've got the file "JR3T-14G381-AS.tar.gz". I have an "autoinstall.lst" file that contains the following:

; SYNC3 Consumer Assembly Upgrade - Release 3.0.21 - Only for NonNav/NonEU assemblies.
[SYNCGen3.0_3.0.19205_PRODUCT]
Item1 = HB5T-14G386-THA
Open1 = SyncMyRide\HB5T-14G386-THA.tar.gz
Item2 = HB5T-14G386-TBB
Open2 = SyncMyRide\HB5T-14G386-TBB.tar.gz
Item3 = GB5T-14G386-SC
Open3 = SyncMyRide\GB5T-14G386-SC.tar.gz
Item4 = JR3T-14G391-BF
Open4 = SyncMyRide\JR3T-14G391-BF.tar.gz
Options = AutoInstall
[SYNCGen3.0_ALL]
Item1 = HB5T-14G387-AAB
Open1 = SyncMyRide\HB5T-14G387-AAB.tar.gz
Item2 = JR3T-14G381-AS
Open2 = SyncMyRide\JR3T-14G381-AS.tar.gz
Item3 = JR3T-14G423-BB
Open3 = SyncMyRide\JR3T-14G423-BB.tar.gz
Item4 = GB5T-14G386-AB
Open4 = SyncMyRide\GB5T-14G386-AB.tar.gz
Options = Delay,Include,Transaction

I get an error LST_ERR05 when I try to install so obviously something is wrong with the files I have or I'm missing something. My Sync is non-nav so I don't think that's an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I edited autoinstall.list to remove Item 4 (didn't have that file) and it tried to install but told me the software was only for non-nav units. When I purchased my Sync3 upgrade from 4dTech, it was supposed to be non-nav. Not sure what to do now.

I suppose it's worth a try.
I've been doing a lot of research on this stuff the last few weeks, and found that the guys on the F150 forum have loads of information on it. Look for a thread about upgrading from 3.0 to 3.4. Although, if you're already a 3.2 or later you can skip all the stuff about the APIM, and if you don't have NAV, you can skip the NAV and associated voice files. Also, theres another website that has links to all the versions of the software, maps, etc. The latest version is actually build 19274. I think I've figured out that the line in brackets at the beginning may be a pre-requisite. Meaning that the updates listed below it wont install unless the current system is at that level or higher. In my file, I ended up changing it to [SYNCGen3.0_ALL]. Since I was already at an early build of 3.4 (19078) and all the other stuff (Maps, Voice, Gracenote) were all already up to date, I skipped all those files and updated the SYNC application only. The full file i used was like this:

[SYNCGen3.0_ALL]
Item1 = Logging Utility
Open1 = SyncMyRide\GB5T-14G386-AB.tar.gz
Item2 = 5U5T-14G381-CJ
Open2 = SyncMyRide\5U5T-14G381-CJ.TAR.GZ
Options = AutoInstall

The logging utility will generate a .xml file in the /syncmyride folder after the install. its not required, but could help diagnose issues if the install fails.

I tried your install file and it didn't work. I changed out Item2 and Open2 to reference JR3T-14G381-AS.tar.gz since I didn't have the 3.4 file. Can someone who has all the 19205 files and autoinstall.lst file send them to me or tell me where I can get them? I've browsed through the F150 forum but haven't found them yet.
