Has anyone lost their Android Auto after the upgrade & then figured out how to get it back? I haven't. Please help.

This may sound obvious, but have you gone into the settings menu to make sure it’s enabled?

I'm good in those areas. I had it on the earlier update but this one wiped it out.

Maybe it was a previous FORScan change that was reset with the new version. I don't remember 2016s having Android Auto, but could be wrong. If the download was successfully completed (you can verify that on the testing settings 'secret' menu), then there's nothing wrong with the software. I'd try a master reset, but if that doesn't solve your issue, you'll have to dig deeper. It could be an APIM compatibility issue. Good luck.

2016s definitely have Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, it was added in one of the first Sync 3 updates. CarPlay required a new USB hub to be installed, but, iirc, Android Auto worked immediately.
Anyway, I agree about trying a master reset.
