Problem updating to official 2.3

I downloaded the official 2.3 update from my owner.ford account last night, based off my VIN. Formatted my 32GB thumb drive as exFAT, copied the unzipped files over per the directions, and plugged it into my fully running car to install on my drive to work this morning. About 5 minutes in, it gave an error that the install was for NAV equipped vehicles only (my car is non-NAV, 2016). The download was only 1.6GB, so that hardly seems large enough for them to have provided the wrong download link, and again, this is from my personal owner.ford account with my vehicle's VIN.

Is this related to the voice unpacking issue I saw on another thread? I can't jump to 3.0 since Ford lawyered up on that... so... thoughts?

clearly you got the wrong update file there, somehow the download file must've gotten mixed, the other day non-nav download wasnt working at all so maybe it switched over by error, try again?
