manual transmission fluid

I am planning to change 6 speed transmission fluid to Royal Purple Syncromax. I understand Mustangs use automatic transmission fluid for the manual transmission.

I've heard a lot about the BG Syncro Shift II, but I think this is toooo thin. I like to hear some feedback on RP.

I've been running BG for about 16 months, and I think it's great. Way smoother shifting, less notchiness.

I switched to RP when my car had maybe 1000 miles on it. Only reason I didn't do the BG - I ran across the RP fluid locally. Noticeable difference, ESPECIALLY when cold.

The Ford XT-11 works fine for me, I have no complaints about the shifting. It doesn't get cold here...
