I use the Steeda Jacking rails to lift the car via a floor jack then I put my jack stands on the rails. They sit in the V of my stands perfect. I shove the car pretty good from all sides before beginning my work. The car does not budge. As a safety measure I find a spot to put the floor jack under near where I am working. I lift the jack up to where it just touches whatever spot I found that appears strong enough to hold the car off of me incase the car falls.
