The picture on Fords website shows them on the car when you go to "build & price" and select GT.

All GT's should have them, they just removed the turn signals from them. So 2016 was the only year that this was done

EDIT just realized your from Australia i believe none of the International models of the GT have vents. because of the pedestrian hood popup thing and some regulations in certain countries from my understanding
