Magneride vdm tuning with custom tune

Does anyone know if a custom tune will mess with the ford racing magneride tuning software? I have the vdm tune already and want to figure it out before i upload my custom tune.

Bumping this up. Anyone tune their Magneride settings? I know FP recently put out a Magneride handling pack that comes with a VDM update. Has anyone tried that? Can you get it anywhere by itself without the other parts in the pack? Any tuners handling this as part of their services already?

custom ENGINE tunes have no impact on the rest of the system. Ditto A10 tunes. Or are you talking about something else?

There are at least 2 magneride tuning options. They cost $1600 or so.
