I had my 19 shut off at a light a few weeks ago. Its been hot and running the a/c makes the idle sometimes drop too low. All started after i had the battery disconnected overnight. afr will fluctuate back and forth in .5 increments. No codes yet. Glad you figured yours out.
Ill probably check the fluid and if thats good im not sure. dealer left a bad taste in my mouth last time around. Id rather wait until something breaks or becomes extremely obvious.
this is what mine sounds like. It is independent of the regular whine noise. I haven't had my fluid checked yet. I data logged and saw the line pressure jumping to 246psi every shift, not sure if this is high or not and could be causing the noise.

Installed my kit today. First off I already had the springs installed. However the difference the vdm flash made was significant. Car feels tighter all around. I wouldnt use harsh to describe it because it feels more controlled than anything. Im completely satisfied with my purchase.
I got the FP springs right before this kit came out. Wish i could just buy the swaybars and vdm flash. Debating on just buying the whole kit and selling the springs. I do wonder if the vdm flash will interfere with a tune down the road.

My noise seems to have resolved itself. I searched high and low to pinpoint it but i never could. Seemed like it was coming from the lower half of the seat but i never hear it anymore. Maybe the seat needed to "break in" lol. Sorry i couldnt be of more help because it drove me nuts for a bit.
Ive done it twice now. Take the airbox out and really get the radiator as far back as you can. Helps if you have someone hold it in place so it doesnt fall forward. Then break off the tabs to free the old pony. Use a 1/4 inch deep socket to either press the new lock washers on or screw on nuts...
