Wondering if anyone knows for a fact or is able to verify the following. I am a certified track junkie and my Mach 1 will be dual-purpose. I am aware the front and rear sub-frame bushings are the same as the GT350 which are stiffer than standard Mustang GT PP. Wondering about the following:
1) Are the differential bolts and bushings the same as Mustang GT,, i.e. bolt holes are over-sized and subject to allow diff movement.
2) Is the front radius rod bushing the same as the Mustang GT? In my other car this is called the tension rod and we would replace the bushing with a mono-ball bearing. This would prevent front wheel hopping under heavy braking due to bushing compressing and expanding multiple times under heavy braking on an uneven surface.
3) Same question for the rear lower control arm as #2 above.
4) Does anyone anticipate any other bushing or suspension changes that might be needed for frequent track use? I'm not looking to go crazy right now, Magnaride stays, sway bars no change otherwise will leave it alone
I'm new to the Mustang platform and open to advice and suggestions from those of you who have "been there, done that."
