you could go with the steeda sport progressive springs and the steeda camber plates, I have both on my 23 mach 1 and im happy with the look and feel,

Thanks, I have the springs but not the plates. I was hoping to go a lil lower.

You will be dragging on the ground if you go much lower. Steedas progressive springs probably give the most drop of anything out there. Camber plates won't lower the car unless you adjust with extreme negative camber.

Steeda sport progressive gave me about 3/4ā€ lower,
with the camber plates dialled in, the stance is very nice

I used Steeda dual rate magneride springs on my 22 HP as part of the competition package (with sway bars). Also swapped out the Ford Perf camber plates for the Steeda units for more negative camber. It lowered mine +/- 1/2". I don't have any chin spoiler clearance issues around town - just be conscientious of speed bumps.

Car rides very well when cruising and is much more planted during spirited cornering.

I just got a quote of $1430 labor to change my springs from a ford dealer. Does that sound right? šŸ˜–

Yes sounds right... the dealership will always scam you with high prices... mine tried to charge me $350 for an alignment when a local shop charges only $110.

I would hope there are better options in your are both for price and quality of work than going to the stealership for non-warranty work

At least in my area, Ford service departments are usually extremely backed up.

The front is 14 bolts per side to get the struts and springs out, and thats including the lug nuts. I forget, but the rear seemed more annoying. Then to do it right you need to tighten some bolts at ride height after putting it back together, usually on an alignment lift. And then I hope that price includes a 4-wheel alignment afterwards (and the rear camber is tedious). Its not actually 7 hours, but its probably more than a couple to do it right.

I’m having the ford performance W springs installed for $1050 including alignment. They had it all day yesterday but didn’t finish😳😬.
is there a little extra negative camber available without tire wear? I didn’t install plates since there’s no track near me. Happy Friday!
