Tired to load a Lund tune and all the gauges were flashing saying pretty much everything was not working. HeadLights flashing etc..
Then the Ngauge says Wrong vehicle and won't load anything.
Only mod is a JLT intake

I started the car. Which I don't know why. LOL
And it was running like crap and wants to die. I guess that's because of the JLT intake.

Contacted Lund I assume there closed on the weekends.

Anybody experience this?
Did I just get a bad tune?

Thanks
Steven

Verify that the device serial number is correct in the tune. That’s the issue, happened to me before. Lund will fix it.

Yeah, I told them I had a JLT intake and the tune descriptions says JLT in it.

Yes - it should show in the list on the right side of your Lund tune support page. Cross check it.

Correct. Lund had two digits swapped when they wrote my tune. It’s a quick fix once they get your email.

So, just to update.

Got everything squared away.
It was my fault actually. Before I was to install the tune.
I needed to load a conversion file in the Load Command on the Ngauge. Guess I just skipped over those instructions the first time. lol

Once I did that, tune loaded fine. Put the JLT back on and it ran fine.

Great customer service at LUND!!!
